Terms of Service

Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All consultations are confirmed upon booking, and preparation begins before our session. Refunds are not available once a booking has been made. If you need to reschedule, you may do so through your booking confirmation link. Please provide as much notice as possible. If you are unable to attend your appointment, one rescheduling opportunity will be offered. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Consultation Recordings

Where applicable, session recordings or related materials will be provided after the consultation. Delivery times may vary, but materials will be sent as soon as reasonably possible.

Respectful Communication

I am committed to providing a professional, supportive, and respectful environment. The same respect is expected in return. Harassment, abusive language, manipulation, fraudulent payment disputes, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the immediate termination of a consultation and refusal of future services.

All interpretations are offered in good faith, but no specific outcomes, life events, relocation experiences, or timing results can be guaranteed. Any decisions made following a consultation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Personal Use

Session recordings, written materials, charts, and consultation notes are provided for your personal use and reflection. You are welcome to save, revisit, and share them privately with family, friends, or trusted advisors. However, recordings, screenshots, written materials, or any part of a consultation may not be published, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour, non-compliance with these terms, or scheduling limitations.
